About us
DEVAA – Dharma Enlightenment Vedic Association of Australia.
DEVAA is a not-for-profit cultural and spiritual organisation dedicated to preserving, promoting, and transmitting the timeless wisdom of Sanatana Dharma among the Indian diaspora in Australia.
Sanātana Dharma, meaning the eternal way of life, is rooted in universal values such as truth, compassion, duty, self-discipline, and harmony. It is not confined to rituals alone but represents a holistic framework for righteous living and spiritual evolution.
Our association strives to ensure that future generations of the Indian community remain connected to their cultural heritage, their spiritual roots, and the universal human values enshrined in the Vedic tradition.
At the same time, we deeply respect and celebrate the multicultural fabric of Australia, and we believe that the principles of Dharma contribute positively to social harmony, ethical living, and peaceful coexistence in this great southern land.
